Pinnacle led the construction & development of this mixed-use medical office building. Pinnacle also serves as the property manager. The multi-tenant building featured a variety of patient services focused on women. In 2017, the building was sold for $43.5 million equating to more than $400 per square foot and representing the largest dollar value sale for a medical office transaction in Michigan since 2014.
