President/CEO
After earning his B.S. from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University, Michael Garrett began his career in the field as a superintendent and then a project manager and vice president for a national construction management firm and national specialty contractor. In 1996, Michael started Pinnacle Construction Group with just one desk and without a single client. Pinnacle has quietly grown to be trusted by some of West Michigan's most respected business owners and professionals. Michael considers his employees part of his family, and several of them have been with Michael from the start. Michael enjoys travel, spending time with his family, and serving his community. Michael lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Carolyn and their three sons.

Vice President
Completing his degree in Civil Engineering and B.S. in Construction Management from Ferris State University, Brent began his career as a project manager at a cleanroom builder. He joined Pinnacle in 2000 and worked his way up to Vice President. Brent is a certified Associate Constructor and a critical part of the Pinnacle family. Brent enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and leading men’s Bible studies. Brent lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Cindy and their three amazing boys.

Chief Financial Officer
After earning his B.S. in Accounting from Michigan State University, Kent began his career in public accounting at BDO Seidman before becoming the controller at a large engineering firm. He later founded Waterview Development before joining Pinnacle Construction Group in 2007. Kent has earned designations as a CPA and CCIM and belongs to the Michigan Association of CPAs, CFMA, CCIM, and IREM as a CPM candidate. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and is an invaluable asset to the Pinnacle team. Kent enjoys playing volleyball, boating, motorcycling, and spending time with his two grandsons. Kent lives in Allendale with his wife Shari.
